Subjective to ProClass Mapping

Allow us to map your regularly used subjective codes to ProClass. Once embedded in your finance system, the ProClass classifications can then be used to determine procurement routes, improve spend analysis and enable more effective transparency reporting.

Supports the capture of financial and procurement information concurrently in a financial system. Locks the relationship for consistent reporting. Allows for better financial control by preventing people from using different subjectives to acquire certain spend categories.

District / Borough Councils - from £500 plus VAT. Upper Tier Councils - from £1000 plus VAT.

One-off if subjectives remain static; otherwise annual update / maintenance is recommended. Procedures should be revised to ensure that new subjectives are classified at the time of entry.

Supplier to ProClass Mapping

We will map your regularly used suppliers to ProClass. The classifications can then be embedded in your finance system and used to determine procurement routes, improve spend analysis and enable more effective transparency reporting.

Provides a basic supplier classification service where there is a one-to-one relationship. NB please note that this approach is not recommended where suppliers cover multiple ProClass categories (e.g. Capita, Serco, Amey etc.).

District / Borough Councils - from £500 plus VAT - subject to a maximum of 1,500 suppliers. Upper Tier Councils - from £1,500 plus VAT - subject to a maximum of 5,000 suppliers.

One-off. Annual update / maintenance option available. Procedures should be revised to ensure that new suppliers are classified at the time of entry.

Retrospective Spend Analysis

A standard spend analysis by supplier, subjective code and transaction banding.

Allows an organisation to ascertain from a procurement and commissioning perspective how much it has spent, on what, with whom and when. Essential to support cost reduction programmes and forward contract planning and financial modelling.

District / Borough Councils - £1000 plus VAT. Upper Tier Councils from £1,600 plus VAT.

Annually to maintain consistency and allow comparative metrics and trends to be analysed.
